For the Cream Cheese Spice Icing:
Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon butter extract, 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional), 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon all spice and a light sprinkle of salt to bring out all of the flavors.
Stir all ingredients with a whisk until combined or until mixture is creamy and smooth with no visible lumps.
Pour cream cheese spice icing into a small squeeze bottle. Flip the cooled cake onto a cooling rack with an 11 by 17-inch baking pan underneath it.
Take squeeze bottle and drizzle icing on top of the cake. Let icing set for 10 to 15 minutes and after that, the cake is ready to be served.
